Have an elongated shape and their mixture is obtained by mixing this particular flour with the eggs, honey and extra-virgin olive oil. They have a smooth texture and compact and a sweet taste in full. The wholemeal biscuits with honey are great for dunking in milk, accompanied by tea or nibble between meals.
